Rabbanite Views and Rabbinic Literature in Judeo-Persian Karaite Exegesis

چکیده
This article discusses the outlook of Judeo-Persian Karaite authors on Rabbanite law and rabbinic literature based an exegetical corpus written in Early from eleventh century, which mostly remains manuscript form. A close examination this demonstrates authors’ complex attitude towards their contemporary Rabbanites early Jewish literature. By relying teachings community Jerusalem (the “Mourners Zion”), corpus’ criticize certain views concepts, while still accepting other parts tradition did not challenge ideology. In so doing, establish themselves as part tradition, and, more broadly, intellectual world.
